We had a mission today--get the batteries charged, laundry dried and supplies. Luckily, on the way in we saw an RV dealer and so headed for it. It was 136 miles to complete the task, but we got the job done and arrived home at 6:00 pm. We ate what we could from the frig and pitched the rest.

Domicos last try for a whale watch with another no go. We visited the internet café for business - scout camp info for Kyle for next week and money transfer for us. We biked the carriage trail to Witch Hole Pond and as I am writing this the troops are playing mini-golf. TOM IS SO HAPPY! Lunch was at Bar Harbor Lobster Pound. The boys and Tom got to hold a lobster after we had lunch. Then a drive to Cadallac Mountain for a visit. Noone ever did hike up there.

The Domicos left for home this morning. We'll miss them, but Rebecca and her four friends are due in tonight. We did laundry duty and then headed out to ride the carriage trails around Jordan Pond. For lunch we had popovers with strawberry jam which has been served at Jordan Pond House for over 100 years. We walked around Bar Harbor and tried to stay awake as the kids were not due to arrive until after midnight. We tucked them in around 2:00 am.
